    Before joining Domicile Properties, Shannon was a designer, art director, stager and prop stylist for residential clients, television and print media. She honed her fresh, modern style on several top design shows including HGTV's Curb Appeal and Flip It To Win It, as well as holiday segments on The Rachael Ray Show and national advertising campaigns for brands like Glade, Silk Almond Milk and Valspar Paint. This keen eye for space, design and property potential is a natural and valuable asset for homebuyers and sellers alike. Shannon began her career in the unpredictable world of real estate staging where she was challenged to create and install entire design plans nearly every day. She has helped hundreds of homeowners and investors design, renovate and sell their Bay Area homes. Shannon can prepare for anything, think creatively under intense pressure, and meet the needs of a diverse range of clients. When she isn’t knee deep in various DIY projects, Shannon designs custom fabric, makes a killer pesto, and spends time on the playground chasing her toddler Avery.
