Domicile Properties was founded by Patty Rogers. For more than 30 years, Patty has represented buyers and sellers in San Francisco. She has gained an encyclopedic knowledge of the neighborhoods, blocks, and streets of our fair city. Her passion for seeing as many properties as humanly possible is still as strong today as it was when she became a Realtor in 1978. Julie Rogers is a true competitor—personally and professionally. She believes that she is only as good as her last transaction, which explains why her win/lose ratio contains very few losses and a long list of wins for her clients. Julie takes a decidedly athletic approach to each transaction. She prepares diligently, sizing up the competition and assessing which factors will make or break the deal. It’s no surprise that Julie’s background is filled with athletic achievements and entrepreneurial success. Formerly the project director at San Francisco’s famous Olympic Club, Julie started and implemented the largest senior fitness program in the country. For several years, Julie also founded and ran a physical rehabilitation center that helped many professional athletes get back on their feet after injuries on the field.

As an educator, Shane began his career at the prestigious San Francisco Day School. As an entrepreneur, he built a premier event planning business, specializing in high-end society weddings and commitment ceremonies. And when Yahoo! beckoned, Shane heeded the call, and soon found himself managing a multi-million dollar book of business working with corporate executives taking advantage of Yahoo’s advertising products. At once technical and creative, Shane was adept at creating compelling value propositions that helped Yahoo! grow its business.
Through it all, there was an untapped passion. Shane found it at night, on the weekends, on his lunch breaks and anywhere else he could — that passion was in real estate. When he and his partner bought their first place together in 2004, Shane realized that real estate offered the perfect combination of strategy, hands-on entrepreneurship and plain old excitement. And upon meeting Patty and Julie (who sold his first place), he realized that he could no longer deliver excellent results without imbuing his work with that passion. And so a new path was forged and Shane joined Domicile Properties.
