I have worked with Patty and Julie at Domicile Properties now on two occasions — the first in 2003 when my wife and I moved to San Francisco from NYC and purchased a fantastic 2-unit “fixer upper” in the Inner Sunset.

Not only did Domicile market our property to the right audience (and at the right price-point) to get us a lot of interested parties, but they also helped us narrow down our list of qualified buyers to find the offer (above asking!) that made the most sense for us. Their guidance in picking the right buyer was invaluable, and we feel really good about our new neighbor and TIC partner.
