We came across Domicile Properties back in 2003 when Julie was holding an open in Potrero. There was an immediate rapport as we shared our disappointing house hunting experiences and she quickly fired off ideas and other listings we should see that day. We decided against officially working with the realtor that had been referred to us and decided to meet with Patty and Julie.
They helped us buy our first home, a beautiful place in Bernal Heights with fantastic upside potential. Their professionalism and knowledge of the market helped us stay sane through the SF, multiple offers situation we encountered.
3.5 years later, and after having them cater to several of our friends who were in need of homes, they helped us sell our place. Again, with their exceptional knowledge of the market they set out to prepare us for the “fun” side of the multiple offers game. Even as the national market was softening, within 1 week of listing we had multiple offers and were extraordinarily pleased with the end result. It made it a bit easier to leave our first home and San Francisco. They are an exceptional team on both the sides of the RE equation and we continue to refer friends to them, even though we’re no longer in San Francisco.
